Vision...
I give this 4.5 stars because the use of blue and orange tones in the rock and water works really nice and the clouds in the background looks beautiful C:
The only thing that needs improving is the nagle could be zoomed out slightly to show more of the waterscape and also you could add more colour to the bland part of the water in the middle but overall very good <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Lick)"/>

Originality...
I give it 3 because there are plenty of shots of rocks on beaches already but astill you have captured these in a nice way <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

Technique...
I give it 3.5 because getting colours and contasts like this takes alot of skill :3

Impact...
